Hi,
I feel like I am talking to myself by reading your words above. We are on the old lock boxes that I feel is unsafe, makes the Realtors too liable, makes it time consuming to set appointments and is the best way to gage buyers and get get responses for your seller. I am searching for our MLS the way it works, cost etc… to present at our next MLS meeting. Can you forward me any information you have that I may review for our meeting?
